This Charcoal & Orange Wide Ribbed Merino Wool & Cashmere Beanie is crafted by our artisans using luxurious merino wool and cashmere blend yarn sourced from one of the top suppliers in Biella, Italy's wool capital. The high quality yarn used to craft these beanies makes them very warm and soft to the touch. This beanie style features thick ribs which add an element of texture while being thin enough to be able to fold to whatever height you would like. This functional style makes it easy to style these beanies short above the ears or relaxed and slouched in the back. This beanie also featues a thin orange stripe along the edge to add a small pop of colour.
All of our knitted scarves and beanies are crafted by one skilled artisan in his organized maglificio. Maurizio’s workshop is located near Reggio Emilia, 170km from our base, at the heart of an artisanal district praised for quality knitwear manufacturing. In his small but very tidy workshop, Maurizio runs five mechanical flat knitting machines which he uses to craft all our scarves, beanies, and jacquard knitted ties.
