This Burgundy & Brick Reversible Dotted Knitted Wool & Cashmere Scarf is crafted in our partner maglificio in Reggio Emilia. This medium weight scarf is knitted with extra soft merino wool and cashmere blend yarn for the ideal warmth and comfort. This scarf features a timeless dotted pattern in a functional burgundy and brick colour scheme. This warm scarf is a great functional addition to any winter look and a perfect touch of colour and fun. The length of the scarf allows to both loop it or wrap it twice around the neck.
We source our merino wool and cashmere blend yarn from Lanecardate, an esteemed spinner in Biella, operating in the wool business since 1663. This woollen yarn blends the highest quality merino wool and cashmere fibers responsibly sourced from farms in Australia and Inner Mongolia respectively. The raw fibers are then dyed, carded and spun entirely in Lanecardate's facility in northwest Italy.
All of our knitted scarves and beanies are crafted by one skilled artisan in his organized maglificio. Maurizio’s workshop is located near Reggio Emilia, 170km from our base, at the heart of an artisanal district praised for quality knitwear manufacturing. In his small but very tidy workshop, Maurizio runs five mechanical flat knitting machines which he uses to craft all our scarves, beanies, and jacquard knitted ties.
